To return any other product, you must send your claim to webrep@pinatas.com within 3 business days after receipt of your order. Refund is not applicable if claim is not sent during this time period.

A traceable shipping method must be used for returning merchandise.

We charge a 15% restocking fee for returned merchandise, which will be deducted from credit.

No refunds on freight charges.
